How quickly can I move in?

Each unit comes ready with a refrigerator, oven, air conditioning, and cable access, and you'll also have access to the on-site laundry room for added convenience.

You can typically move in within 48-72 hours after your application is approved, your deposit is paid, and the lease is signed. In many cases, we can fast-track the process if all documents are submitted promptly.

What unit types are available and what are the rents?

We offer 1-bed/1-bath at $1000/month and 2-bed/1-bath (approx. 1,100 sq ft) at $1,200/month.

What are the lease terms and security deposits?

For the 2-bedroom unit, rent is $1,200/month with a $1,200 refundable security deposit (equal to one month's rent).

For the 1-bedroom unit, rent is $1000/month with a $1000 refundable security deposit.

All leases are subject to approval of application, payment of the $50.00 non-refundable application fee, and completion of the screening process. Lease length is typically 12 months, with renewal options available.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $50.00 and is non-refundable.

What qualifications do I need to rent?

Applicants must show a gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent. That means $3,000/month or more for the 1-bedroom ($1000 rent) and $3,600/month or more for the 2-bedroom ($1,200 rent). Proof of income is required during the application process.

In addition, we require no recent evictions, no criminal background, and a good credit score. Every adult (18+) who will live in the unit must complete an application and pass the screening process.

Is internet and cable available?

Yes—high-speed internet and cable-ready. Service is set up and paid by the resident with the provider of your choice.

Are pets allowed?

No dogs or cats.

Verified service and assistance animals are accommodated as required by law.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Trash is included.

All other utilities (electric, water/sewer, internet/cable, etc.) are resident's responsibility.

How far is the nearest airport?

John Glenn Columbus International is about 16 minutes away under typical driving conditions.
